International shipments - DHL.

Departures in Russia - SDEK, Russian Post.

Departures in Moscow and St. Petersburg - courier delivery by Yandex.

If you send us a watch, or an original strap in any way, or leave it in our salon and you need delivery - we are not responsible for lost parcels. We will certainly manufacture a new product if possible, but all other lost goods are not subject to compensation from our side. We recommend that you insure parcels with an inventory of attachments, and also have all the necessary supporting documents to submit compensation claims to the transport company.
