Warranty

The manufactory operates in strict accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection". All our products undergo strict quality selection and are manufactured in full compliance with the customer's requirements and the agreed terms of reference or technological map.

We provide a 6-month warranty on all belts, both custom-made and available. You will not receive such a guarantee in any workshop or in any store.

We guarantee that within the specified period we will eliminate possible defects on the strap and defects caused by the fault of the workshop free of charge and promptly.

Please note that the manufactory:
- is not responsible for any damage to the strap caused by its improper installation in a third-party location, as well as for watch damage resulting from such installation;
- guarantees the quality and reliability of the strap when used correctly, but is not responsible for the condition of your watch during the operation of the strap: the style of wearing and handling the watch is purely individual;
- is not responsible for any possible damage to the watch when using the strap of their manufacture.
